Voxx provides AI-powered phone answering, appointment scheduling, and lead qualification services for businesses. Our AI agents handle inbound calls, capture caller information, schedule appointments, and route urgent matters according to your configured preferences.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate business information and to keep your call handling preferences up to date.
We strive to provide 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Voxx is not liable for missed calls, scheduling errors, or business losses arising from service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid during the preceding 12 months.
